If all that one sees is a tiny speck of perspective in the larger scheme of things. And each perspective is made alive by the amalgamation of learning. And learning is a mere accumulation of skill and knowledge : both deriving from Truth. And Truth is not absolute but more of a figment of one's imagination made apparent to the senses. Then all, or for the most part, is fiction.

Its an arrogant conceit of humans to think that they can "give" justice in whatever capacity. Karma would boomerang sooner or later and you are not required to meddle with it. Laws don't ensure justice but ensures fear of punishment in men much like religion instills fear of God.

If you must then hire for passion first, experience second and credentials third. Then train those hired for directed passion, dropping the excess baggage and the whole process of unlearning. An entrepreneur is much like an architect shapping human resources into a well crafted power house.

Contrary to popular belief, people always say "It was a pleasure doing business with you". It is the only thing that has stayed with me after an assignment. Always mix business with pleasure. That is a secret they don't want you to know. BUT never mix pleasure with business. Then you might just end up in a divorce.

If we survive this, as I hope we shall, remember this. That when it came down to it, we didn't fight for land or weapons or house or jewelry. We didn't fight for concert tickets or fancy designations or religion or politics. We didn't fight for shares in a company or a seat at the table. We didn't fight for business class tickets or the keys to a house by the beach. When all this is over, remember, that we fought for air.
